Downloading now. Give me a couple of days...
Hey, with this yousendit thingy, I just realized that I now have a perfect way of getting people my stuff. If you want it, grab it!!!

Background:
Fear And Loathing was my last proper band. I got booted out for musical differences. They chose to go in more of a "Deep Purple" direction. If you want to know my roles on every song, I'll let you know. I did most all of the guitar, except the acoustic in the second guitar, and most of the solos. I laid the tracks, and then the other guy put his solo's on. In retrospect, that was a bad idea since he REALLY sucked.
The Carl I. stuff was the last stuff I got a chance to work on with somebody. I wrote the tunes, took them to the drummers house, showed him the tunes, he learned them and we recorded them in the span of two hours. I then went home and put in the second guitar and wrote the lyrics. I still want to get into a proper studio with this stuff, as IMO it is by far my best. The energy is everyting I always wanted from all of the other bands, but never got.
Oh, and for people that say my vocal style is basically a "talking" type of thing, if you want to know what my speaking voice is like, I'm the "deep" voice in the song "Too Much Love", and then the rest of it is me. So you can see, what you hear the majority of the time is far from my normal "range" in talking.
Heck...Fear And Loathing demo:
1. Too Much Love - Lead vocals and all guitar except solo (written by me)
2. Seasons Of Bliss - Electric is me
3. Suicide Note - Backing vocals, all guitar (wrote the music, could never find words, which is why I don't sing it, I refused to sing songs I didn't write the words for...and the "tongue roll" is me also...LOL)
4. World, You & I - All guitars, lead vocals (written by me, final verse into last chorus are the best vocals I have ever done. Written for my grandfather who had just passed away.)
5. Length Of Nations - Lead vocals, all guitars except for the out of key solo in the end. (written by me)
If I ever get my other band Misty Beethoven do MP3 I'll move them here also. Much more love for Misty than I have for F&L.

You've never gotten the stuff? I feel bad about that one.
This is weird stuff. It seems that once one person grabs it, that link is dead and a new one needs to be activated.
I hardly ever download stuff because I'm on 56k dial-up. The odd track is ok but full albums can be a problem. In the UK a lot of dial-up connections disconnect after 2 hours. Overnight I can stay connected for 4 hours at a time.
Never really heard any of the Fear and Lothing stuff. Just last with i was listening to the Misty tape from the Silver Room.
Decent stuff on that one Al. I should get that one pulled also.
Al, you ever going to reply to the email I sent you? Sheesh, we were terrible with our mailing packages, you would think we could get better with our frigin' emails! LOL!!!

Hehe, no worries mate. I don't usually ask for stuff because I have very little to give in return.
Yeah, but that is how we would work perfectly together, as I don't ever ask for anything from people! LOL! There is nothing out there that I am actually LOOKING for. Heck, I can't even remember the last trade I actually took part in, but I send out atleast a package a month it seems like.
Well I'm up to 50% so another hour and a half should do it. I'll give it a listen tomorrow. Cheers.
